FOR SERVICE BUSINESSES WITH INQUIRIES TO MANAGE

Know who needs
your attention.
And what comes next.

IS THIS THE RIGHT FIRST PROJECT?

Start with a real
follow-up problem.

A useful fit when…

  • You already receive business inquiries, but replies or next steps are scattered.
  • You can identify one person responsible for following up.
  • You want one defined workflow—not a complete business-system rebuild.
  • You are considering a paid setup and can review your current tools with us.

What happens after you inquire?

  1. Share the follow-up problem and the tools you use. A sentence or two is enough.
  2. We aim to reply within three business days to discuss fit, scope, and timing.
  3. Review a written proposal. Scope, price, and schedule are agreed before the project is booked.

Selected work demonstrates our design and project approach; it is not a claim of measured follow-up results.

Before you decide.

Do I need to replace all my software?

No replacement is assumed. We review your existing tools and agree which connections are practical. The pilot covers one workflow and up to three existing applications; software subscriptions are additional.

Will this bring me new leads?

This setup is for managing inquiries and follow-up, not buying traffic or guaranteeing new leads or sales. Your team still owns the client conversation.

Can I start with something free?

Yes. The Business Technology Quick-Win Kit includes a workflow worksheet. Downloading the kit does not automatically subscribe you to marketing.
