Scope and contact
This policy covers information handled through the BNAX Designs marketing website, project inquiry forms, questionnaire, and related inquiry and proposal administration. BNAX Designs is the business responsible for these activities. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to contact@bnaxdesigns.com with the subject “Privacy request.”
Client production systems, separately operated projects, and linked services may have different notices and contractual arrangements. If BNAX processes personal information on a client’s instructions, the relevant client agreement and any data-processing terms also apply. Do not assume this notice covers every website in our portfolio.
Information you provide
Required fields are identified in the forms. Optional answers can be omitted. The public forms do not request payment-card details, identity documents, uploaded files, or sensitive client records. Please do not include these in free-text answers.
- Contact and inquiry details: your name, email address, requested service, and message.
- Optional planning details: organization, business or idea description, audience, existing website and tools, requested features, content readiness, budget range, preferred timeline, and service-specific answers.
- Correspondence and project administration: communications, inquiry status, private follow-up notes, and proposal content, versions, prices, and approval records prepared during our review.
- Requests and complaints: information needed to understand and respond to a privacy, accessibility, billing, support, or rights concern.
Technical and interaction information
When a form receives focus, the site records a randomly generated form reference, time, and an abuse-prevention identifier derived from a network address or available platform identity. This helps count form starts and limit misuse. If you submit the form, its reference links the start to the inquiry. The application does not send the text you type to the inquiry database before you submit it.
The website infrastructure receives technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested resource, and request time. Infrastructure providers may keep operational or security logs. Authorized management sign-in uses platform identity details; administrative actions such as email retries and proposal approval can record the actor and time.
Email processing can store recipient addresses, message copies, provider identifiers, attempt times, and delivery, bounce, complaint, or failure events. These records support delivery troubleshooting and suppression of unwanted messages. A delivery event does not establish that someone read an email.
Fonts load from Google’s font service, which receives network requests. See the Cookies & Technology Notice for browser storage, external resources, and controls.
How we use information
The current inquiry workflow does not automatically send your form answers to an AI model, enroll you in a newsletter, or make an automated eligibility decision about you. Preparing a proposal uses saved answers and service templates with owner review. A separate AI service or marketing program would need its own appropriate arrangements and notice.
- Respond to your request, discuss fit, prepare a proposal, and manage agreed next steps.
- Save and retrieve inquiries, maintain project records, and communicate about the work.
- Attempt acknowledgments and internal notifications, troubleshoot delivery, and respect bounce or complaint signals.
- Prevent abuse, protect restricted administration, investigate errors, and understand aggregate form-start and submission activity.
- Handle requests, resolve disputes, document approvals, and meet applicable legal or recordkeeping obligations.
Providers and other disclosures
The site operates on OpenAI Sites with Cloudflare hosting and database infrastructure. These services process website and inquiry information to provide the application. Restricted administrative access uses ChatGPT sign-in. Resend is the configured email-delivery integration; email payloads include the recipient and message content, and an internal inquiry notification can include your submitted project details. Our mail service also processes correspondence you send directly.
Google Fonts receives requests for external styles and font files. External portfolio sites receive information when you visit them under their own practices. Their inclusion here does not mean that all providers use identical retention periods or that every integration is always available.
Access by people working on a matter should be limited to the purpose of the inquiry or engagement. We may also disclose information when legally required, to respond to lawful process, or as reasonably necessary to investigate abuse and protect legal rights. If a business transfer affects these records, handling must remain subject to applicable law and any required notice.
This website has no advertising audience integration or feature for selling inquiry information. We do not use the website’s inquiry workflow for cross-context behavioral advertising. An unrelated provider’s independent processing is described in that provider’s own notice.
Retention and deletion
We retain records based on their purpose, whether an inquiry or project remains active, contractual and legal requirements, security needs, and any dispute or preservation obligation. Information should not be kept merely because it might someday be useful. There is no automatic deletion timer for submitted inquiries in the current application.
A deletion request requires review of related inquiry records, notes, proposals, email copies, operational records, and applicable provider or backup copies. Some records may need to be retained to comply with law, establish transactions, resolve disputes, or keep a minimal suppression record so unwanted messages are not restarted. We will explain relevant limits when responding. Backup and provider deletion may follow separate schedules; we do not promise immediate removal from every copy.
Your choices and requests
You may ask us to explain what inquiry information we hold, correct it, provide a copy, delete it, or stop optional follow-up. Depending on your location and applicable law, additional rights may include restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent where consent is relied on, appeal of a decision on your request, or complaint to a regulator.
Email contact@bnaxdesigns.com, describe your request, and include your inquiry reference if available. Use the original contact address when possible. We may ask for proportionate verification to protect the record; do not send an identity document unless we arrange a suitable method and explain why it is needed. An authorized agent may need to demonstrate authority.
We will assess the request under the rules that apply and respond within any applicable legal deadline. If we cannot complete part of a request, we will explain the reason and any available next step. We will not retaliate for exercising applicable privacy rights. You can ask for a review of our response by replying with “Privacy review.”
The site does not provide advertising or sale/sharing controls because its current inquiry workflow has no such advertising or sale/sharing feature. Browser signals such as Global Privacy Control do not authorize collection or override your applicable rights. Browser controls may also limit cookies or external requests; some functions may be affected.
Security and international processing
The application uses restricted administrative access and measures intended to reduce unauthorized use. No website, email system, or storage service can be guaranteed completely secure. Public forms and ordinary email are unsuitable for passwords, card data, regulated records, or other highly sensitive material.
Cloud and email providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. This notice is not a promise of storage in a particular country. If your project needs residency restrictions, special confidentiality, or a contractual international-transfer arrangement, discuss those requirements before providing the data.
Children and updates
This business inquiry website is intended for adults and organizational representatives, not children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through these forms. If you believe a child has provided such information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. School or youth-focused work requires separate arrangements before student information is shared.
We will revise this notice when relevant practices change and display the updated date. Where law requires additional notice or consent for a change, we will obtain it. A new notice does not by itself permit an incompatible use of previously collected information.
Email contact@bnaxdesigns.com. Include a reference when available and avoid sending passwords or sensitive records.
