What cookies and similar technologies do

Cookies are small values a website or provider can store in your browser. Other technologies include browser storage, request logs, and resources loaded from another service. They can support security and sign-in as well as advertising. A technology’s actual purpose matters; not every technical request is an advertising tracker.

Current application behavior

  • Public inquiry forms: the BNAX application does not set its own marketing cookies or use localStorage or sessionStorage to save form answers. Answers remain in the current page’s memory until submitted or the page is left. Your browser may separately offer autofill.
  • Form activity: focusing a form sends a random form reference to the server. The server stores the reference, time, and a derived abuse-prevention identifier. This happens even if you do not submit answers; it is server-side form measurement and protection, not a browser cookie.
  • Administration: protected management areas use ChatGPT sign-in. The identity and hosting services may use their own session or security technologies.
  • External fonts: pages request font styles and font files from Google Fonts. These requests expose ordinary network request information to Google, even though a font request is not the same as placing an advertising cookie.
  • Hosting: OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare provide delivery and security infrastructure and may use operational logs or essential provider technologies under their own practices.
  • External links: portfolio links take you to other services. Those sites may use cookies and tracking that are outside this website’s implementation.

Advertising, analytics, and email

The current BNAX application code does not embed an advertising pixel, third-party behavioral analytics tag, session-replay tool, or social-media tracking widget. It does count form starts and saved inquiries. This statement describes the application, not an audit of every browser extension or infrastructure provider.

The application’s email templates do not add an open-tracking pixel. Email providers can still process message content and delivery events, and provider-level settings may affect email handling. The Privacy Policy explains the records used for inquiry communications.

Your controls

Use your browser’s settings to review, block, or clear cookies and site data. Content-blocking settings may also restrict external fonts and requests. Blocking authentication or security storage may prevent restricted sign-in; blocking scripts may prevent the forms from working. You can email contact@bnaxdesigns.com if you cannot submit a form.

Clearing browser data does not delete information already submitted to BNAX. Send a privacy request for server-held inquiry information. The current site does not offer a cookie-preference panel because it has no application-controlled optional advertising or analytics cookies to toggle.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are browser signals with different purposes. This notice does not claim universal signal processing. If optional tracking is introduced, its notice, applicable consent or opt-out controls, and signal handling must be addressed before activation.

Changes and questions

We will review this notice when adding embeds, analytics, advertising, consent tools, or new sign-in features. Contact contact@bnaxdesigns.com with a page address and browser details if you have a technology or privacy question. Do not send session cookies or authentication tokens.
