A LITTLE CLARITY

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Know what to expect before you commit.

Can I come to you with just an idea?

Yes. You do not need a business name or finished plan. A scoped planning engagement can help clarify the problem, audience, requirements, and next steps. Customer testing and implementation are agreed separately.

Can I hire BNAX just for a website or branding?

Yes. You can start with one service. We can work with an existing identity or include brand development, content structure, and launch materials in your project.

What is the difference between a prototype and a production application?

A prototype helps explore an idea or test a specific task. A production system requires an agreed approach to access, data, reliability, hosting, and support. We define those requirements before committing to a build.

Does every project use AI?

No. Some tasks need better organization or straightforward automation. AI is included when it serves a clear purpose, with review steps suited to the task.

Who owns the accounts and deliverables?

Client accounts and subscriptions should be held by your organization. Access, deliverables, handover, hosting arrangements, and support responsibilities are defined in the project scope.

How do pricing and ongoing care work?

Most projects receive a written quote after discovery. The Client Follow-Up Setup has a defined starting scope. Website maintenance, workflow care, and application support are scoped separately, with coverage and response windows agreed in writing.
